I may only make some of the recipes in the book, but the recipes are easy to follow and easy to make. I bought some blueberries and plan to make Blueberry Lite Ice Cream. I've been using the pudding based recipes for quite some time, and I know I can modify the recipes in the book to make everything that I prefer. Thanks Lauren!

I must say that I had already made several recipes from this book! Always turned out great but I did use substitutions she includes in recipe book! I always just printed recipes but this book is so much better and also you can just wipe it off if any ingredients are spilled upon and now I have colored pic of the ice cream creations. I can't wait to try more! I highly recommend this recipe book!
I'm a sucker for well crafted items and this recipe book is well crafted. Full color with an easy breakdown of directions and my fav is, it's spiral bound which makes it easy to flip and use and tag favorites. This is great for newbies and experienced spinners. It's also good for kids who want to make their own treats.
I've tried mostly fruit forward pints so far and haven't been disappointed. A fav is strawberry which doesn't require blending the berries. It turned out scoopable and tasty. This is full fat, but the book provides substitute options as part of opening. Trust the process and grab a copy.

Love this book! So many options and creations that I never even thought possible. This is the full fat book but so many of them can still be lightened up if that’s what you want.
