Shipping policy
Digital Downloads and Print at Home- As these are digital products, they will not be shipped to you. Instead, you will receive the link to your digital download to the email that you made the purchase with. The email should be delivered within 24 hours. There is no shipping fee for digital products.
Printed Books- All printed books will be shipped within 7 business days, usually sooner. Delivery time is based on the delivery method and location and can vary. Please note that books that are ordered as a "pre-order" or "back-order" will ship within 7 business days of the product being in stock.
Shipping fees for printed books (within the US) are calculated based on the weight of the printed books:
- 0lb-1lb=$5.00
- 1lb-3lb=$7.00
- 3lb-6lb=$9.00
Gifts- Gifts (all items that are not digital downloads, print at home downloads, or printed books) are shipped through a third party print on demand company. Orders will be routed to the third party company within 24 hours of your purchase. As these items are printed when you order them, fulfillment time and delivery time can vary by item, order size, and location. Many orders are shipped within 7 business days of placing the order. Shipping fees vary based on the size and weight of each item. Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of checkout.
