How to make it

Simply mix the instant pudding powder with cold milk and whisk for 2 minutes. Refrigerate for 5 minutes and it’s ready to eat. You can also use it as a base for Ninja Creami protein ice cream, frozen desserts, smoothie bowls, and more.

Servings

Each box contains 20g of protein (5g per serving). And depending on the milk you use, for example like ultra-filtered milk, you can boost that to 40g+.
